When friends and lovers are brought together over the love of a sci-fi TV show, what happens when that show gets cancelled? Let's just say they don't take it well... I wrote and Adam Levermore drew the webcomic "Save Hiatus" for a year. The characters and settings have appeared in other forms since, and we even created a CD cover for Shawn Tutt's "No Audible Dialogue."
Co-founded national activist group to raise money and awareness for writers during the Writers Strike 2007-08. Helped setup/maintain the website and forums, wrote press releases, gave interviews to local and national print and broadcast media, and helped organize Mutant Enemy Day, a gathering of 440+ industry professionals and fans.

I also write stories and features for the newspaper, covering events and conducting interviews with pop culture notables such as Joss Whedon, "Weird Al" Yankovic and Dan Savage..
